Pickup
Hours of operation for food pick up:
Tuesdays from 2pm – 5:30pm
Wednesdays 12pm-2pm (Spanish only)
Thursdays from 12pm – 3pm​

You must schedule an appointment to pick up food

One Pickup Per Household: Each household is eligible for one pickup appointment.
​
​​ID and Proof of Residence: For your first visit, please bring a photo ID and proof of residence, such as a utility bill. Your ID can be from any country and does not need to be a US ID or driver's license.
​
Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments: If you're running late or need to reschedule, please do so through your confirmation email or text. We'll try our best to accommodate you.​ ​If you reschedule the same appointment more than 2 times, your appointment will be rejected.
​
No-Shows Policy: If you're a new client and miss your first appointment without contacting us or rescheduling, you won't be able to receive assistance. After two missed appointments, you will be banned from our service.​
​
Proxy Pickups: It's possible for someone else to pick up on your behalf. Please contact us before your appointment with their name. They'll need to show their ID for the pickup.
