Delivery Eligibility: You must be a Mecklenburg County resident and meet at least 2 of the following requirements to qualify for our delivery service and documentation must be submitted prior to your appointment.

If you do not meet 2 of the requirements, you must use our curbside pickup service​

1. Elderly (65+)

2. Disabled 

3. Immunocompromised where you cannot go out

4. Major health challenge

5. Homeless

6. Catastrophic Life Event

Verification is required: You will be contacted after making your appointment for verification. If you are eligible, your appointment is set once verification is completed. If you do not complete verification, your appointment will be canceled.

Delivery Schedule: 

Wednesdays and Fridays from 12pm – 3pm

Thursdays from 3pm - 6pm.

The time you select is a window of at least 90 minutes due to heavy volume.

Delivery is not guaranteed: We accept deliveries on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, making your appointment does not guarantee delivery.

Requirement for drop off: You must be home at the time of delivery. If you cannot be home for your delivery time, please contact us to adjust your time or to leave your items at your door. Failure to do so may disqualify you from delivery services.

COVID-19: Prior to your appointment, kindly inform us if you are under quarantine for your safety and the safety of our delivery drivers.
