When you make your appointment for delivery after reading the information below and clicking the button, you will select the items that you need.
This service is available every two weeks as needed.
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE YOU SET YOUR APPOINTMENT
Delivery is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm – 6pm and every other Saturday from 10am - 12pm. We do NOT require referrals.
Making a delivery appointment does not guarantee service. You will be contacted after making your appointment for verification. If you are eligible, your appointment is set once verification is completed. Having no transportation does NOT qualify you for delivery. If you do not complete your verification, your appointment will be canceled. Our delivery service prioritizes those that are elderly, disabled, immunocompromised or experiencing severe hardship.
We do our best to fulfill the items you request. Due to increased demand, you may not receive every item you request. We are working hard to bring items back in stock and are providing you with what we currently have available. If you need a specific item not listed in our form, please contact us.

You are welcome to return any empty boxes or bags to us – we would appreciate it if you do!
If you need help with other services outside of what we do, feel free to reach out to us. We may be able to refer you to a service provider who can help. Because we are 100% volunteer-led, the easiest way to contact us is through our website, email or text.

We are located at 202 South Old Statesville Road in Huntersville.
We accept deliveries on a case-by-case basis - making your appointment does NOT guarantee delivery.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you have scheduled or received curbside pickup from us previously, you are NOT eligible for delivery.
If your circumstances do not meet delivery qualifications we will work with you so that you can have curbside pickup.
While we do our best to make deliveries at your appointment time, please allow a window of 1 hour after your delivery time.
If you cannot be home for your delivery time, please contact us to adjust your time or to leave your items at your door. If you do not do this and you are not home at time of delivery, you will be banned from receiving delivery - no exceptions.
Please let us know prior to your appointment if you are under quarantine for your safety and the safety of our delivery drivers.
