When you make your appointment for food pickup after reading the information below and clicking the button, you will select the items that you need and we will prepack them ahead of your appointment so that you can have contactless pick up from our facility.
This service is available every two weeks as needed.

Food Pickup is on Tuesdays from 3pm – 6pm, Thursdays from 12pm – 3pm and every 3rd Friday from 12pm - 2pm. We do NOT require referrals.
Food Pickup is open to anyone who needs emergency food assistance.
We do our best to fulfill the items you request. Due to increased demand, you may not receive every item you request. We are working hard to bring items back in stock and are providing you with what we currently have available. If you need a specific item not listed in our form, please contact us.

You are welcome to return any empty boxes or bags to us – we would appreciate it if you do!

We are located at 4040 Chesapeake Drive - first building on the right, up the stairs
in Northwest Charlotte.
ONE pickup per household.
Please have your photo ID AND proof of residence (ex: utility bill) for your FIRST visit. Your ID does not have to be a US ID or driver's license.
If you are going to be late or need to reschedule, please reschedule or cancel your appointment through your confirmation email or text. We will do our best to accommodate you.
If you are a new client and do not come for your first appointment without contacting us prior or rescheduling – we will NOT be able to serve you. You will be banned from service after TWO NO-SHOWS - no exceptions.
Yes - someone else can pickup on your behalf. Please contact us BEFORE your appointment with the person's name. They will be required to show their ID for your pickup.
VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure you select the CORRECT service option. If you mean to book a delivery and you book curbside, you will NOT have a delivery and we cannot reschedule you. Our demand is very high and our drivers are scheduled through the system.
